The “Hotel Boutique 49” website (hereinafter “the website”) is owned by Tzemeroni Tzimerim Ltd. (hereinafter “the company”), which specializes in the sale of tourist services. The website publishes content and information for a vacation complex containing accommodation units.
The website provides a platform for booking accommodation units through telephone or online communication between the user and the service provider below, the company.
Users of the website are not allowed to make any use of any type of information published on the website which is against the law and/or the rights of the website and/or any third party. Do not copy, reproduce, distribute, market, use or give to others the information and/or the images and/or make any other commercial or non-commercial use of them, without receiving express consent from the website, in advance and in writing.
The use of the service ordering website is intended for users over the age of 18, who have legal status and requires full agreement to the terms of the regulations.
Online ordering policy
A user may carry out booking operations “on-line” on the site if he/she: holds an identity card/passport, is over 18 years old and has a valid Israeli or international credit card.
The action performed by the user on the website constitutes his agreement to the terms of the website. The accommodation reservation is made subject to the availability of the accommodation units and subject to the information published on the website.
The accommodation reservation is made through the website by the accommodation providers (hosts) in accordance with the details specified in the reservation.

The transaction will be completed only after receiving the message confirming the order.
Upon completion of the order, the order form will be sent to the user’s private email address, which will include the details of the ordered accommodation complex, the order dates and details of the cancellation policy (cancellation fees) of the service provider.
The company will not be responsible in any way for unexpected disruptions and/or malfunctions that are not under the control of the site, if they apply to the service providers, due to poor performance of the services related to the service providers, unless it knew or should have known in advance about that actual malfunction and/or disruption.
In those cases where the service ordered by the customer was not provided, the refund depends on the company’s decision.
Order cancellation policy
The company will charge the customer an advance payment and/or credit details for security.
The cancellation of the order will be made subject to the company’s cancellation policy.
When canceling the order, cancellation fees will be charged subject to the company’s cancellation policy.
In case of cancellations or changes to the reservation received up to 48 hours before the check-in date, no fees or penalties will be applied.
In case of cancellation or change within 48 hours before the check-in date, or in case of no-show without prior notice, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
If the order was made in full through the website, the transaction cancellation policy is subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law (1981-1981) in Section 14 C and this is its wording: In a remote seller transaction, the transaction may be canceled within 14 days from the day it was made, or receiving a document containing the details of the disclosure, According to the latter. Likewise, cancellation of the transaction is possible only if the date of cancellation of the transaction falls within seven days, which are not days of rest before the date of providing the service.
Cancellation fees – If the consumer canceled the remote sales transaction within the 14-day period and met the cancellation conditions, he will pay a cancellation fee of 5% or NIS 100, whichever is lower. If a number of rooms in the hospitality complex were booked, the cancellation fee will be calculated for each room separately.
Price policy
Prices on the website are subject to changes in the supplier’s price list. The final price is subject to the supplier’s approval.
The company makes every effort to offer its customers products at particularly attractive prices and conditions. For this, the site will publish general promotions and special promotions for certain units and on certain dates.

However, the company does not bear any legal responsibility for errors in the presentation of the information and/or for the customer’s dissatisfaction following an unsatisfactory hospitality experience in the holiday complexes advertised on the site.

The user is hereby informed that the company will not bear any responsibility for any malfunction, virus, technical failures and/or any temporary or permanent change in the website’s activity.
The company is not responsible for the content of the messages and opinions published on the site by surfers. Therefore, the company will not bear any legal responsibility following the damage caused to the service provider and/or the user of the website by publishing this content. Also, the company may not publish any notice / opinion in accordance with its discretion.
For the avoidance of doubt, the service advertised on the website can be changed at any time (except after placing the order), including the services and the accommodation conditions, including the prices and the payment conditions.
